Ezee Maines Coonery Classic Tabby Maine Coon cat

We are an easy-going, empty-nesting husband-wife team who grew up with everything from hermit crabs to hamsters to horses. Once our last child left for school, we decided to dive back into the cat world and added our Maine Man, Ezee, to our brood of Boxers. Ezee's prophetic disposition left us wanting more just like him, and Ezee Maines Coonery was born.

We breed for excellent health and well-socialized, Ezee-going dispositions -- and of course, the beautiful European-look of our gentle giants goes without saying. Kittens will be available for their new families as pedigree pets between 12 and 14 weeks of age. We do not sell any kittens with breeding rights. When they are ready for their FURever homes, they will be well-socialized with our family, our dogs, as work-from-home animated desk accessories and bathroom monitors. Be ready to have your every move observed -- and judged!

Our foundation of kings and queens have all been tested for excellent health, and are Negative/Negative by DNA genetic testing. Test results show they are free from: HCM, SMA, PKD, PKDef, and are clear in over 40 other tests. Foundation cats are registered with WCF, TICA & CFA. Our cattery is registered with TICA &CFA.

We are real people and put our passions and pride into our pride. We enjoy nurturing these purrsonalities and cultivating the breed standard. We are continually educating ourselves on every aspect of feline husbandry and specifics of the Maine Coon, and realize there is something to be learned every day!

We've combined our love our classic literature with our love of Maine Coons. Our litters are named after classic novels and characters, but furever families are free to name their newest family member what they'd like with CFA registration.

We are eternally grateful to our breeder mentor, Leigh Wessel of Miracle Myst Maine Coons. Leigh has over 30 years experience as a Maine Coon breeder, and we couldn't ask for a better resource and guide. Leigh has been kind enough to be there for us fielding questions at any hour of the day, however dumb the questions may seem. Her knowledge and willingness to share it, has been invaluable to us.
